Our beautiful ponchos/capes are hand made by the "Tzotzil" people from San Juan Chamula in Chiapas highlands.
The Tzotziles make these beautiful garments by hand using the wool from their sheep and hand embroidering them with colourful details and hanging tassels including some which we call PomCho for obvious reasons 😁
These ponchos can be worn on top of a jacket or a jumper to keep you warm during autumn and winter and will make you stand out from the crowd.
Our Ponchos are 140x65 cm and we have made sure to dry clean them for you before hand to take off the natural smell of the wool and keep them beautiful. But don't worry, you can hand wash them at home and dry them on a flat surface to keep their shape and colours.
Fun fact, one of the meanings of the word "poncho" is the short for Alfonso, a very common masculine name in Mexico.
